Our Farm

Mystic Oysters strives to innovate our hatchery and growing techniques while honoring traditional harvesting methods to provide a high quality, consistent and sustainable product to our customers. Our oysters are distinctly flavorful and responsibly harvested year-round from the pristine and nutrient-rich waters in Fisher’s Island Sound.
